Program Ledger

The programs we coordinate for you

Every plan is a shared route drawn up on one calendar so families and partner schools always know the next step. Beneath each program name you will find the copy that explains how it fits the wider plan, why it matters and how our coordinators keep it moving.

PRG-114 1-1

Individual ABA Therapy Sessions

At the core of our coordination sits the one to one applied behavior analysis session. Each block is built around the strengths and pace of one learner and anchored to measurable goals agreed with the family during intake. A dedicated coordinator manages the shared diary, confirms every appointment and posts a short note after each visit so the household always holds an accurate picture of what was practiced and what comes next.

We place one to one slots at the times a child is most ready to engage and leave honest space between demanding activities so attention stays protected. Regular check ins against the plan turn each session into a stepping stone rather than a lonely event, and the coordinator is always a short message away when the family routine needs to bend.

PRG-214 GROUP

Social Skills Group Programs

Small peer groups bring children together to rehearse the real exchanges of friendship under gentle guidance. We place members by age and by comfort so every child meets others at a manageable level. The session rhythm stays steady and weekly, which the members find deeply reassuring because they always know what is coming next.

Group leaders model asking for a turn, sharing attention, joining a game and handling a change in the plan without alarm. Between gatherings the coordinator shares a simple recap the parents can echo at home, turning one weekly hour into steady daily practice of greeting, sharing and reading a friend face.

PRG-314 SPEECH

Speech and Language Support

Communication work belongs inside the same plan as behavioral and sensory goals rather than floating in its own disconnected bubble. Our team links speech sessions to real moments in the child day, from asking a question at the table to naming a feeling when the room grows loud. This makes each target meaningful because the child practices it where it matters.

Because one coordinator sees the whole schedule, a speech target can be reinforced during ABA time and again inside the social group. That carryover is a strong predictor of genuine progress, and providing it is exactly the bridge families used to sew together on their own evenings. Now it is simply built into the route.

Occupational Therapy Coordination

Sensory regulation and fine motor practice are timed to lift learning rather than compete with it. We coordinate occupational visits so a motor block arrives at a calm point in the week and never crowds out attention heavy work or a social session the child has been looking forward to all week.

Occupational targets feed the same home chart as our other programs, so heavy work, pressure breaks and gentle fine motor games follow a rhythm the whole family can keep. The reward is a floor of calm that makes every other kind of learning easier, from staying in the seat to joining a conversation at the dinner table.

PRG-514 SCHOOL

School Partnership Programs

Care is strongest when the center room and the classroom speak one language. We build a real link with the day programs that serve our learners, using clear handoff reports, agreed goals and a shared vocabulary between the teacher, the aides and our own coordinators. Nothing evaporates at the school gate.

When a skill is mastered here we hand the school the exact wording and cue to keep it alive on the playground. When a classroom challenge appears it travels back to center planning within the same week. Short touch points each term make certain no one is quietly guessing at what the other side of the day is doing.

PRG-614 HOME

Family Coaching and Home Plans

Families receive a printed home plan built for the real shape of their week, with short routines for morning, mealtime and bedtime that use the very strategies our team practices in the room. Coaches stay available between visits to answer the questions that rise up once the session notes are filed and real life takes over.

We believe parents are the truest experts on their own child. Our coaching exists to hand them a plain, honest toolkit and then stand beside them through the daily work, ready to revise the moment the plan no longer matches the child growing inside it. Steady support at home makes every other program stronger.

Session Path Flow

How a care route unfolds

Every new family moves along the same calm lanes. The markers below describe the five stops a care route passes through, and the dashed return lane shows how support continues as long as it is needed.

1

Meet
We sit with the family to learn the daily shape of the week, the fears carried and the hopes held.

2

Assess
A gentle, unhurried review helps us name the very first skills worth growing.

3

Plan
Every provider, therapist and school enters one shared, readable calendar.

4

Session
Therapy runs on time and a plain note is shared with the family after each visit.

5

Review
Caregivers and the team look at progress together and reshape the next chapter.

Ongoing Support returns to the start whenever a new goal appears

Why families choose us

One steady team beside your family

A-01

English first coordination

All scheduling, notes and family conversations are handled clearly in English so nothing drops between appointments, between providers or between a busy afternoon at school and a calmer evening at home. Clarity is a kind of care all its own.

A-02

Care that moves together

ABA, speech and occupational goals are drawn onto the same sheet so progress in one area lifts the others instead of pulling them apart. When every professional reads from one plan, the child experiences one world rather than several busy ones.
